Create Your Own Sensory Object

Format 1 — Somatic Creation Laboratory
This workshop is part of the ongoing project Entre-Cuerpo, which explores how we can engage the body as a site of artistic and sensorial creation. While the general research investigates the relationship between body, touch, and perception, this format focuses on the material and tactile dimension of that inquiry.
In this session, participants are invited to design and create their own sensory object —an artifact that reflects their personal relationship to touch, intimacy, and perception.
Through guided somatic exercises and material exploration, the workshop encourages participants to engage with textures, sensations, and gestures that awaken the body as a space of poetic and embodied knowledge.
Each participant crafts a personal sensory tool, not as an art object to be exhibited, but as a companion for self-awareness and sensory reflection, a bridge between the inner and outer experience of the body.
